We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Assistant in theatre to support our team in a fast‑paced environment. You will be responsible for creating a great experience for patients undergoing major and minor surgeries, caring for patients as individuals, supporting the theatre team, moving patients, preparing the theatre, reassuring families, and completing administrative tasks. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

• Create a great experience for patients undergoing major and minor surgeries
• Provide individualized patient care
• Support the theatre team, assisting with patient movement, theatre preparation, family reassurance, and administrative tasks
• Work flexibly to support our team, including evenings and weekends

Requirements:

• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
• Relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting
