B2B Marketing Lead — Multi-Channel, Data‑Driven

n8 Talent Ltd is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead multi-channel B2B campaigns for a high-growth tech business in Cambridge. You will plan, deliver and measure activity across channels, using data and insights to continually improve results.

The role is hybrid (3 days in the office) with onboarding in the office and a salary of £35,000–£40,000 depending on experience, plus a training/development allowance and ownership of a growing marketing function.
