What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver customer onboarding and cloud migration projects
- Own the full project lifecycle from planning to handover
- Manage infrastructure upgrades and customer change requests
- Work with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper‑V and Microsoft 365
- Collaborate with customers and internal technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Produce technical documentation and handover packs
What we’re looking for:
- Project delivery experience within an MSP or IT infrastructure environment
- Strong Windows Server & Active Directory knowledge
- VMware & Hyper‑V experience
- Microsoft 365 experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Working within an established Professional Services team, you will be responsible for helping customers transition into a Managed Cloud environment while delivering upgrades and change projects across existing estates.
