Elite Youth Development Phase Coach

Comunidadlift is hiring a Youth Development Phase (YDP) Coach based in Swansea. This full-time position focuses on the coaching, development, and wellbeing of players within the YDP, promoting their technical, tactical, physical, and psychosocial growth.

Responsibilities include evaluating training and matches, maintaining accurate player records, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a holistic approach to player development.

Applicants must hold a UEFA B Licence and have relevant coaching experience.
