IT Support Technician

Salary: £30,000 – 35,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience in a similar IT support role using MS365
• Experience with server management software and networking
• Looking for growth and development in our career
• Comfortable with an office-based role
• Full stack or web development experience is a plus, but not essential

Responsibilities

• Set up hardware and assign new starters with Microsoft 365 credentials
• Maintain internal networks, including server management software
• Support IP and networking issues
• Carry out basic repairs such as battery swaps
• Contribute to web design and development when required
