Job Overview
A dedicated Cover Supervisor will work full-time from September in a secondary school. The role involves delivering pre-set work across KS3 and KS4 classes, maintaining positive classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged.
Qualifications
- Experience working with secondary-aged students in a school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to confidently supervise lessons across a range of subjects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- A positive attitude and willingness to support students’ learning
