Security Officer

About the Role

Kingdom Group is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to support the Bupa site in Salford.

Location: Bupa, Salford, M50 3SPPay: £13.10 per hourHours: 24 hours per weekShifts: Varied start and finish times (06:30–18:00 and 08:30–20:30, across a rota)

Responsibilities

• Manning the reception desk and welcoming visitors to the site
• Conducting regular patrols of the site using the Patrol Partner system
• Providing a strong and visible deterrent against unauthorised access and anti‑social behaviour
• Monitoring site activity and responding to incidents effectively
• Completing accurate reports and maintaining clear records
• Supporting site staff and contributing to smooth day‑to‑day operations
• Handling challenging situations calmly, professionally, and confidently

Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision required)
• Full UK driving licence and access to own transport required
• Full 5‑year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and confident approach
• Good observation skills and sound judgement

Additional Information

This role is contracted at 24 hours per week. It is initially a temporary role with potential to become permanent. An employment contract will be issued separately. A full 5‑year employment history check is required.
