Job Overview
The Primary Care and Community Directorate is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Administrator to work alongside Area Management Teams and partners in the East (Wrexham and Flintshire), to provide administration support to the Accelerated Cluster Development (ACD) programme.
Main Duties
- Work across the health and social care partnership (primary care, community health and social care).
- Deliver comprehensive clerical, administrative and secretarial support to Pan Cluster Planning Groups (PCPGs), Clusters and primary care independent contractor Professional Collaboratives.
- Provide an administration service enabling integrated, place‑based working for the benefit of local people and communities.
- Engage with colleagues and partners at all levels, using excellent organisational skills.
- Resolve queries within professional constraints, exercising judgement promptly and efficiently.
- Possess proficient IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office.
- Speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
Qualifications & Experience – Essential Criteria
- NVQ Level 3 in Administration / RSA III or equivalent level of knowledge/experience.
- ECDL or equivalent level of experience.
- Significant office administration experience.
- Able to use own initiative and judgement to analyse and resolve problems.
- Ability to support and deliver to deadlines on a wide range of administration processes.
- Experience of communicating directly at all levels in an organisation.
- Report production and minute taking.
- Advanced keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of the NHS.
- Enthusiastic and motivated individual.
- Work as part of a team and on own initiative as required.
Qualifications & Experience – Desirable Criteria
- PRINCE2 Foundation.
- Project administration experience.
- NHS experience.
- Some knowledge and understanding of project methodology.
- Ability to speak Welsh.
