Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Connect with local business partners, grow a network, and develop lasting relationships (sales & marketing).
- Understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
- Manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance (operations and logistics).
- Take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others (leadership & development).
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
- You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations are available for those who do not drive due to a disability).
- No drug or alcohol related offence on your driving record within the last five years.
