Day to day you will:
- Support core People Operations activities, maintaining accurate employee records, processing data updates and assisting with payroll administration.
- Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, managing documentation, communications and induction logistics to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Assist with training administration and People projects, supporting process improvements and helping to deliver key team initiatives.
