Massage Therapist

Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of massage treatments, building excellent rapport with clients and creating a trusted, welcoming environment.

Work closely with the team to ensure the highest standards of service and confidentiality at all times.

Carry out massage treatments with due care, attention and sensitivity to the patient’s needs while building a loyal client base.

Qualifications

• Qualified in CIDESCO, CIBTAC or NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Massage Therapist or in a similar role.
• Experience working within a luxury market with exposure to high‑end clientele.
• Demonstrated interest and knowledge of market trends.
• Ability to perform treatments on both male and female clients.
• Effective communication with clients and co‑workers.
• Extensive knowledge of treatments, services and products offered by the salon.
