Duration: Ongoing work until Christmas (with potential to extend)

Rate: Competitive (depending on experience)

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced 360 Excavator Driver to work on a busy project at RAF Lakenheath. This is a long‑term opportunity running through to Christmas, offering consistent work on a well‑established site. This is a dual‑role position, and the successful candidate must be willing and able to step out of the cab and support groundworks when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently
• Assisting with general groundworks duties when not operating machinery
• Trenching, drainage, and site preparation
• Supporting the site team to ensure work is completed to a high standard
• Following all health & safety procedures on site

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket
• Proven experience operating 360 machinery on construction sites
• Must be comfortable working on the ground as a groundworker
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to pass security clearance due to site location (RAF base)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
