Lead Enterprise UX Researcher

This pivotal role ensures our digital services are grounded in evidence, not assumption. You will lead large scale user research across the University, translating insights into strategy, experience principles and roadmaps.

You’ll shape enterprise UX direction across key journeys (e.g. admissions, enrolment), embedding inclusive, user centred design practices. Leading a team of UX professionals, you will champion UX maturity, mentor colleagues, and influence senior stakeholders.

Working at the intersection of research, design and strategy, you will align user needs with business goals, ensuring our services are intuitive, effective and impactful.
