We are currently recruiting for a Temporary FLT Counterbalance Operator to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse business based in PE7.

Job Details:

• Start Date: 22nd July 2026
• Duration: Until the end of September 2026
• Location: PE7
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

The Role:

You will be working within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment, operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently. Duties will also include supporting warehouse operations when required, loading and unloading vehicles, moving stock, and ensuring goods are stored correctly.

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Reliable with a positive attitude towards work
• Able to work as part of a team and follow health and safety procedures
