Paralegal – Serious Injury
We are actively recruiting for a Paralegal to join our first‑class Serious Injury team in Cambridge. One of the UK’s top specialists, our team deals with a wide variety of cases ranging from spinal cord injuries, amputation and limb damage to fatal incidents. We’re looking for someone who can assist solicitors and fee earners with casework, liaise with clients and third parties, manage client matters according to the NPS, and provide a high level of client care.
Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors and fee earners with casework for serious injury matters
- Liaise with clients and third parties throughout the litigation process
- Manage client matters in accordance with the standard client procedure (NPS)
- Provide accurate time recording, billing and debtor management
- Deliver legal and administrative support to fee earners
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a paralegal within serious injury or personal injury law
