First Aid Trainer / Trainee First Aid Trainer

Location: Kidlington, Oxford. Salary: £25,276. Contract: Permanent, Full-Time. Hours: Monday to Friday, predominantly between 8:00am – 17:30pm. Start Date: ASAP.

We are currently recruiting for both qualified First Aid Trainers and Trainee First Aid Trainers to join a growing and supportive organisation during an exciting period of expansion. For trainee applicants, full training and support will be provided, including the opportunity to gain a recognised Level 3 qualification.

About the Role

This is a field‑based training role where you will deliver engaging and practical courses to a variety of clients across your local area. You will be responsible for delivering and assessing accredited training courses including:

  • First Aid at Work
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Fire Marshal Training
  • Mental Health Awareness
  • Other workplace safety and compliance courses

You will travel to different training venues, set up training environments, deliver sessions professionally, and support learners throughout their course journey.

This role would suit someone who enjoys presenting, working with people, and building confidence in others through training and coaching.

We are looking for confident, professional, and motivated individuals who can work independently and represent the organisation to a high standard.

To be considered, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (mileage paid)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule
  • A positive and professional attitude
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS check
