The Company

A well‑established nationwide signage company is looking to recruit a Sign Fitter’s Mate to join their growing installation team. With projects delivered across the UK for major commercial clients, the company has built a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality signage solutions nationwide.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience working on construction, fit‑out, installation, or site‑based projects who are looking to join a busy and professional team. Previous signage experience is not essential, as full support and training will be provided.

The Role

• Assisting with the installation of a wide range of signage and graphics.
• Loading, unloading, and preparing materials and equipment for installation.
• Supporting site operations while ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working on construction sites, fit‑out projects, installations, or similar site‑based environments.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools and working as part of an installation team.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Full UK Driving Licence essential and over the age of 21 (Van insurance purposes).
• Good understanding of site safety procedures.
• It would be beneficial if you hold a valid CSCS but this is not essential.
