Service Administrator(Trucks) £28,000 – £33,000
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Administrator to work for a leading truck company who are based in the Lisburn area and who have a very modern office environment. This is a Monday to Friday based position with no weekend work. On offer is a salary of £28,000 – £33,000, 30 holidays, pension, death in service and a healthcare package. Recent experience working as a Service Administrator in either a HGV Dealership, Car Dealership, Motor Factors, Construction Plant Dealership, Hire Company, Powered Access or similar environment is essential.
Role – Service Administrator
- Managing customer enquiriesin linewith internaland external customer Service-Level Agreements
- Creating jobs, preparing quotes inlinewith customerenquiries and agreedinternal Service processes
- Working alongsideourParts Departmentensuring all relevantpartsareidentified andordered forall Service/ Workshop related jobs.
- Managing andprocessingpurchase orders
- Carryout job costingtasks,ensuring all partsand labour arecorrectlycharged on jobs.
