Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We have partnered with a high-profile Financial Services firm in their search for an FP&A Manager. We’re looking for a commercially minded candidate to lead financial planning and analysis activities across one of our central operating entities. This is a high-impact role, supporting strategic decision-making, driving financial performance, and ensuring robust reporting and control frameworks are in place.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to deliver tailored financial insights
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Provide high-quality analysis to support key decisions
• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and team lifts
• Drive improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Champion financial control and performance across business units

The Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Proven experience supporting senior business leaders by reporting and clearly explaining financial results and insights
• Experience providing financial support to one or more business units within a large or complex organisation including commercial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Previous experience working with Power BI
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
