Maintenance Manager – Brockenhurst

As Maintenance Manager you will oversee the day‑to‑day maintenance of the hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and report directly to the Hotel Manager regarding any essential or non‑essential maintenance, with the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the property being the priority.

You will oversee a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills by leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day maintenance of the hotel
• Coordinate with the Housekeeping Manager
• Report directly to the Hotel Manager about essential or non‑essential maintenance
• Supervise a small team of Maintenance Assistants and develop their skills

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is essential
• Relevant qualifications such as PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, and health and safety
• Hands‑on attitude required; hotel open 365 days a year
