Property Manager – Newcastle-upon-Tyne – Up to £27,500pa – NO WEEKENDS!

We now seek a Property Manager to join the team at this busy Residential Property Company in Newcastle.

The Role

• Working within a team of Property Managers to manage the residential property portfolio
• Regularly visiting properties to conduct inspections, inventories, move ins and outs
• Organise and manage general maintenance and repairs

The Person

• Ideally experience in Property Management
• A passion for great customer service with a methodical and organised process towards your workload
• A full UK driving license
