£33,000 – £35,000 + van, 4‑day week, training, overtime (2×) + door‑to‑door travel. Location: St Ives.

Join a well‑established company with 35 years of industry experience. We are looking for a Junior Service Engineer with a mechanical background who is keen to develop electrical fault‑finding skills through in‑house training.

Responsibilities

• Provide servicing and installation of compressed air components for a range of high‑profile clients.
• Cover a 2‑hour local patch from St Ives, paid door‑to‑door.
• Perform electrical fault finding and related tasks as part of training.
• Work a 4‑day week (choose one day off) with hours Monday‑Friday 7:30 am–5:30 pm.

Qualifications

• Junior Service Engineer or equivalent.
• Mechanical background and willingness to learn electrical skills.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
