Overview
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a very clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for our Norwegian and British customers by answering their requests through phone, chat and/or email — this includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
You will receive training and a complete equipment package when you join.
Responsibilities
Engage customers through phone, chat and email to resolve inquiries, clarify orders, handle payment matters and provide website guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Have the right to work in the United Kingdom without restrictions.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English (both written and oral fluency).
- Experience working with a computer.
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 9am to 6pm.
- Full availability for an initial eight/nine weeks full‑time training (paid) – no holidays can be taken during this time.
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. weekend, holidays, and overtime as required).
Work Environment & Equipment
- Need a quiet, distraction‑free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- Minimum broadband connection of 50MB speed using a hard‑wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
- We will provide a complete equipment package (desktop computer with a monitor – NO LAPTOP) ahead of your first day of training.

Compensation & Start Date
Salary: £14,05 per hour + £1 per hour language allowance.
Start date: 7 September 2026 (may be confirmed or changed).
