Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Commercial Interiors & Development

The Opportunity
Our client is looking to appoint a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their growing Commercial Interiors team in London.
This is an opportunity to become part of a high-performing, entrepreneurial team delivering some of London’s most exciting commercial workplace, refurbishment and development projects. You’ll work closely with leading occupiers, investors, developers and hospitality brands, acting as a trusted extension of the client team from project inception through to completion.
Working across a diverse portfolio, you’ll gain exposure to projects including:
- Commercial office fit-outs
- CAT A & CAT B refurbishments
- Flexible workspace
- Landlord repositioning schemes
- Cut & carve refurbishments
- Commercial developments
- Hospitality & hotel projects
- Mixed-use developments
The Role
As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead projects through the full development lifecycle, from feasibility to completion.
- Manage project programmes, procurement, budgets and risk.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to successfully deliver projects.
- Provide strategic advice and act as a trusted client representative throughout delivery.
- Identify opportunities to add value and contribute to long-term client relationships.
About You
We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
- Experience delivering commercial office, workplace, refurbishment or development projects.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- The confidence to take ownership and manage projects independently.
Experience delivering CAT A/CAT B fit-outs, landlord repositioning, commercial developments or flexible workspace projects would be advantageous but isn’t essential. Candidates from adjacent sectors with strong project delivery experience will also be considered.
