Duties of the Paint Sprayer / Stripper Fitter
- Execute high-quality spray painting and alloy wheel refurbishment with precision
- Carry out smart repairs using advanced repair pods and industry-standard equipment
- Support strip and fitter duties where necessary, contributing to efficient vehicle repairs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship aligned with dealership quality expectations
- Uphold health and safety standards by maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Ensure timely completion of repairs and customer communication when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer / Stripper Fitter within a vehicle bodyshop or dealership environment
- Skilled in alloy wheel refurbishment, paint spraying, and smart repair techniques
- Knowledge of industry equipment such as VDA systems is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing workload demands and repair priorities
