  • Develop and implement initiatives that strengthen company culture and align with our core values.
  • Drive internal communication strategies, ensuring employees are informed and engaged.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs to enhance collaboration and morale.
  • Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Gather employee feedback and insights to continuously improve workplace experience.
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure cultural alignment across teams.
  • Create and manage content for internal newsletters, updates, and community platforms.

Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate culture, internal communications, or employee engagement.
  • Experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of organizational behavior and team dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  • Creative and proactive mindset with a passion for building vibrant work cultures.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving startup environment.
