Job Description:
McLaren Automotive Ltd is seeking a Lead Engineer – Loads CAE to drive the development of lightweight, high-performance vehicle architectures. This role includes improving load prediction methods and executing simulations using ADAMS, nCode, and MATLAB.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, strong knowledge in high-performance vehicle systems, and experience in leading technical workstreams under demanding timelines. Familiarity with automotive data systems is an advantage.
