We’re working with a leading crypto-native technology company looking for a hands‑on Product Engineering Team Lead.
This isn’t a middle‑management role. You’ll lead a small team of engineers while owning technical direction across a suite of customer‑facing and internal products used by thousands of users globally.
Working closely with the CTO and Head of Product, you’ll help shape architecture, engineering standards and product strategy, remaining hands‑on with modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python and Go.
Particularly interested in engineers from companies from high‑calibre product‑led environments.
You’ll likely be:
- A Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager
- Strong across Python/Go, TypeScript, React and Node.js
- Experienced building scalable, data‑intensive products
- Comfortable leading engineers while remaining hands‑on
- Interested in working at the intersection of Product and Engineering
London‑based hybrid role (minimum 2 days per week in the office).
