For more information, visit or follow Carrier on social media at @Carrier.Role Responsibilities:Processing and managing purchase orders through to delivery – Including, but not limited to,ordering goods from suppliers, liaising with customers regarding delivery dates, access issues,requirements etc., booking appropriate transport, resolving faulty or damaged goods reports,sourcing technical information for customers, arranging for plates to be cut via a 3rd party,arranging for goods to be delivered directly from head office to site, creating pro forma invoicesDeal with telephone and email requests from our network of customers – mainly installers andmerchantsAdvising customers of spare parts numbers for their boilersAdvising customers price and stock availabilityMaintain customer data on company CRM system Any other tasks relevant to the roleMinimum Requirements:Confident in dealing with telephone and email queriesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritiseAbility to multi taskExperience working in a busy office environmentIT literate in a range of Microsoft and Google applications RPreferredSAP experience preferred but not essensial- training will be providedPay RangeThe annual salary for this position is between £24,785.00-£49,420.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.   Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.Benefits We offer a competitive total rewards package that may include other benefits and well‑being programs.
