Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a similar customer‑facing role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and front desk software (Property Management Systems and ONQ)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
- High level of commercial awareness and sales capabilities
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate front office and housekeeping (public area) staff
- Ensure high levels of guest or client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service
- Evaluate levels of Guest satisfaction and monitor trends, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Maximise room occupancy and use up‑selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Manage scheduling, training, and performance of front office team
- Maintain office supplies and appearance of the front desk area
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and other administrative tasks
