I am an elderly lady with MS and I need a PA/Carer to assist my three other carers. Although I use a wheelchair, I am still fairly independent. I need help with evening catheterisation (other carers will train), some dressing, showering, hair care, meal preparation, and help to bed in the evening. I like to socialize ( I am a choir member), enjoy shopping. Bingo and meals out. My car has open insurance so that my carers can drive me. I also need help in the garden and a little pet care for a very spoilt cat. The hours are negotiable but, approx 6 a week covering one weekday evening – 9pm to 10pm and one weekend in four 8am – 9am morning 12.30 – pm to 1pm and 9pm -10pm Saturday and 9am – 10am morning 12.30pm -1pm and 9pm – 10pm Sunday . There will be other hours available to cover holidays, sickness etc. My Care Plan also includes domestic care which is needed on an occasional basis.
