You will provide high quality administrative/business support to multi-disciplinary teams across Adult Services. You will be an effective communicator with good attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Taking statutory minutes
- Answering telephone calls from the public and other professional agencies
- Processing referrals
- Monitoring email inboxes and updating key information in the HSCP case recording system
- Typing correspondence
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, and photocopying
- Processing purchase orders
- Any other duty required to support the service
