MISSION
The Creative GenAI Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering GenAI-powered projects that support brand growth, marketing, and operational efficiency within Coty’s Consumer Beauty division. The role requires strong project management expertise combined with an understanding of Generative AI technologies and creative production workflows, ideally with extensive experience within the beauty industry.
Reporting to the Global Head of Creative Operations, this role will work closely with internal teams, external GenAI vendors, and leadership to implement GenAI solutions that enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiencies.
This role will play a key part in shaping Coty’s evolving approach to Generative AI within end-to-end content production; helping identify opportunities where AI can unlock new ways of working, improve content scalability, and support future innovation.
The Role
Responsibilities
GenAI Project Leadership
Lead GenAI-driven initiatives across marketing, creative, and operations
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, legal, and external partners
Integrate GenAI tools into creative and marketing workflows
Oversee development of AI-generated content (images, video, marketing assets)
Ensure brand consistency and quality across GenAI outputs
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external AI partners
Project Planning & Delivery
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation plans
Track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Drive workflow improvements and efficiencies through AI solutions
Change Management & Adoption
Support creative and marketing teams in adopting GenAI tools and workflows
Provide guidance, documentation, and training where needed
Ensure responsible and effective use of GenAI technologies
Innovation & Experimentation
Identify opportunities to apply Generative AI across creative production and marketing
Partner with teams to pilot new AI-enabled workflows and tools
Stay informed on emerging GenAI technologies and best practices
Support experimentation initiatives to test and scale new solutions
AI Tools & Platforms
The role will work with a range of Generative AI tools and platforms, including (but not limited to):
Image and video generation tools (e.g. Nano Banana, Bria, Gemini, Veo 3, Runway, Sora 2, Adobe Firefly)
AI content and copy tools
Workflow automation and collaboration platforms
Digital asset management systems
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Knowledge and Experience:
5+ years of project management experience in digital or marketing or technology environments
Experience managing GenAI and digital transformation projects
Background in beauty, fashion or luxury brands is highly desirable
Understanding of Generative AI technologies used in marketing and creative production
Familiarity with GenAI tools for content creation, analytics, and workflow automation
Experience with project management platforms and digital asset management systems
