Surrey Independent Living Charity (SILC) is seeking a calm and proactive Autism Support Worker in Egham. The role involves providing 1-to-1 support to a 20-year-old autistic young man, helping him to build independence in daily living skills.
The ideal candidate should be reliable and emotionally steady, able to follow structured behaviour-support routines, and support communication and emotional regulation.
Working hours include Tuesdays and one Saturday per month, with a competitive hourly rate of £15.00.
