Apprentice Planner
Location: Caerphilly
Annual salary: up to £26,528.31
Age 16–18: £8.00 per hour — 40 hours per week (including time at college)
Age 19–20: £11.06 per hour — 40 hours per week (including time at college)
Age 21+: £12.71 per hour — 40 hours per week (including time at college)
About the Role
As an Apprentice Planner you will work within the customer service team based at our Caerphilly branch. Your schedule will include one day a week dedicated to online coursework, with the option to work from home during these hours.
You will develop skills in data analysis, support both complaints and compliments from clients, tenants and residents, attend meetings and site visits, and coordinate social value events with local schools and community groups.
Role Criteria
- GCSE in Maths and English graded A–E
- Eager to learn and give 100%
- Great communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
