Warehouse Supervisor: Lead Operations & Safety Excellence

Frasers Group is seeking a Supervisor to lead warehouse operatives and trainee supervisors. You will coach teams, manage performance, and partner with the Section Manager to drive on-time, accurate delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency across the site.

You will play a key role in labour planning, KPI delivery, and supporting culture change initiatives within a fast paced, customer focused operation.
