Value & Cost Optimization Engineer – Defence

Rolls-Royce Bristol is seeking a Value Improvement Engineer to shape the Defence business by creating competitive products from early lifecycle stages, applying DfM principles and supporting suppliers in producing parts and assemblies for Future Defence Products.

The role involves leading cost-improvement initiatives across the Future Programmes business, developing cost models and guiding a global engineering community. Security clearance may be required.
