Female Security Officer

Location: Grimsby, UKPay: £14.00 per hourHours: 42 hours nights – 4 on 4 off

We are hiring a female Security Officer to protect people, property and information. The role includes active patrols, thorough searches, detailed record‑keeping, effective communication and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity, ensuring a safe environment for all.
• Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches in accordance with company policies and procedures to maintain security of restricted areas.
• Detailed Record‑Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to employees, visitors and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• Physically fit for site patrolling.
• Driving licence and access to own vehicle or reliable transport links.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
