About Us:

Nobody’s Child is for the free thinkers, the dreamers, and the go-getters. Born in 2015, we’ve spent the last decade creating clothes that feel as good as they look for people that embrace individuality, live with purpose, and want to leave the world a little better than they found it. It’s been 10 years of creativity, growth, and bold ideas, and the values that guide us haven’t changed.

About You:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Print Designer to lead the development of original, brand-driven print collections for our womenswear ranges. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial eye, exceptional artistic ability, and a passion for creating prints that resonate with our customer.

Working closely with another print Designer and reporting into The Head of Design, you will be responsible for delivering innovative print concepts from initial inspiration through to production, ensuring every design aligns with the brand identity and seasonal direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research global fashion, art, textile, colour, and cultural trends to create commercially relevant print concepts.
  • Design original all-over, placement, engineered, conversational, and graphic prints across multiple womenswear categories.
  • Develop seasonal print stories and mood boards that align with the brand’s creative vision.
  • Create production-ready artwork, including repeats, colour separations, and technical files for suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with garment designers to ensure prints enhance silhouettes and product concepts.
  • Work with overseas suppliers and manufacturers to ensure accurate print execution and colour matching.
  • Manage multiple collections simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Review strike-offs, lab dips, and print samples, providing clear feedback to suppliers.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the print design team.
  • Maintain an organised print archive and contribute to the ongoing development of the brand’s print handwriting.
  • Present seasonal concepts and print developments to senior leadership.
  • Actively contribute to our company’s commitment to environmental and social responsibility by integrating sustainable practices into everyday work. This includes minimising waste, promoting responsible sourcing, supporting our circular economy initiatives, and encouraging customers and colleagues to make choices that align with our sustainability values. Every team member at NC plays a role in helping us reduce our environmental impact and create a positive legacy for our communities and the planet.

Ideally, you’ll come with:

  • Experience working with international suppliers and factories.
  • Knowledge of digital and rotary print production.
  • Experience using CAD systems and AI-assisted creative tools.
  • Understanding of sustainable print development and environmentally responsible production methods.

If this sounds like your next opportunity, please apply and we will be in touch!
