Night Manager – Holiday Inn London Camden Lock
Holiday Inn Camden Lock, London, NW1 7BY, offers a welcoming atmosphere with an open‑plan lobby featuring a bar. We are looking for an experienced Night Manager to ensure the safety of guests, oversee the accurate completion of the night audit function, conduct inspections of front and back of house during shifts (including Front Office & Food and Beverage outlets), and provide exceptional customer service. The schedule follows a 4 shifts on – 4 shifts off pattern; weekend and public holiday duties may be required. The role involves serving food and alcohol.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests.
- Oversee the accurate completion of the night audit.
- Conduct inspections of front and back of house during shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff.
- Manage weekend and public holiday duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of Hotel Front Office experience.
- Experience as a Duty Manager.
- Working knowledge of OPERA #s1‑Gen.
