Overview
GLL is looking for a Customer Service Advisor at Edmonton Leisure Centre in Enfield. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact, assist with enquiries, convert them into memberships, handle phone calls, process transactions, support the team on daily tasks, and engage in community outreach projects.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of call for customers.
- Answer incoming calls to the centre.
- Deal with transactions including setting up direct debits and cash handling.
- Handle membership enquiries and sell memberships to customers.
- Deliver first‑class customer service.
- Address customer queries.
- Set up equipment.
- Provide key support to team by preparing studios, gyms, or sports halls and maintaining general cleaning and upkeep of the centre.
Qualifications & Skills
- Can‑do attitude.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Passion and personality.
- Knowledge of health and safety.
- Great team player.
- Good IT, literacy, numerical, and communication skills.
- Some experience of administration.
- Cash handling experience.
Employment Conditions
This is a flexible position. Hours will be negotiated and flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible.
