An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior or Principal Planner to join a highly regarded consultancy with a strong pipeline of work across the South East.

This role offers the chance to work on a variety of high-quality projects while taking on greater responsibility and playing a key role in project delivery and client relationships.

The Role

You will take ownership of projects while contributing to the wider success of the team:

• Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to determination
• Providing strategic planning advice to clients
• Leading projects across residential and mixed‑use developments
• Mentoring junior team members

About You

You will be an experienced planner with the confidence to manage projects and engage with clients:

• MRTPI Chartered (or working towards)
• Strong experience within consultancy or local authority
• Commercial awareness and strong client‑facing skills
