Luxury Residential Concierge & Guest Liaison

Grosvenor, working in London’s Eaton Square, seeks a Concierge who will be the first point of contact for residents and high-profile customers. The role is hands-on and requires you to be out and about across the square, delivering all concierge services and owning customer communication.

You will build trust with customers, manage expectations, coordinate with Garden Landscape and maintenance teams, and contribute to sustainability goals.
