Kroo Bank is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to join our Compliance team. This broad generalist role supports retail banking obligations, provides day-to-day compliance advice, and reviews financial promotions to ensure FCA compliance.

You will monitor regulatory developments, support governance, and contribute to culture of strong compliance. Hybrid working with strong stakeholder collaboration across Marketing, Product, Risk and Legal.
