Precision Welder (MIG/TIG) – Automotive Fabrication

Lotus Cars is seeking a Welder to join our Manufacturing team at the Norwich plant. You will fabricate assemblies using MIG/MAG, TIG and spot welds, reading engineering drawings and setting up equipment to meet exacting standards.

Working 38 hours per week in a fast‑paced automotive manufacturing environment, you’ll maintain quality, safety and production targets while supporting continuous improvement and development opportunities within a globally recognised brand.
