Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teacher for a supportive primary school in Slough. This full‑time role offers the opportunity to make a real impact within a thriving primary school community.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 1 students.
• Teach a Year 1 class within a supportive school environment.
• Support pupils through Key Stage 1 learning and early development.
• Assess, monitor and track pupil progress effectively.
• Create a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
• Contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally as a Year 1 Teacher.
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Be passionate about early years and KS1 education.
• Be committed to a Year 1 teaching role in Slough.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
