J & Z Construction is looking for a motivated and experienced Part 2 Architect to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, taking an active role in project management from design through to delivery. We’re looking for someone who is confident managing projects and can work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful outcomes.
Salary: Starting from £55,000, depending on experience.
Essential Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification.
- Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion (essential).
- Strong technical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
