The successful candidate will provide legal advice on financing transactions, especially in project and infrastructure finance, and will take on significant responsibilities from deal origination to closure.
Ideal candidates should have 2-5 years of PQE as a qualified lawyer, with project finance experience preferred. In-house experience will be advantageous as they will work on diverse finance and AI-related projects.
