Head of Year: Complex Needs & Student Success Leader

Whitcliffe Mount, A Share Academy is seeking a Head of Year to foster a supportive culture for students, especially the vulnerable ones. The individual will collaborate closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team, and staff to ensure continuous improvement in student behavior, attendance, and overall support.
