Solution Architect

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end functional design within the Informa Link program, which is focused on Workday implementation.

This is a hybrid role combining elements of Architecture, Business Analysis, and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the E2E functional design across the program.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders from Cloudrock, Informa, and HCL.
• Drive process, information, and data design aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Ensure delivery assurance across integration and compliance programs.
• Maintain discipline and clarity around requirements management.
• To assess the domain IT landscape assessment and Application portfolio optimization for gap analysis.
• Creation of solution and architectural views (logical| conceptual| development| execution| infrastructure & operations architecture).
• To study and define system requirements addressing stakeholder| portfolio concerns.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new and emerging products/technologies.
• To manage Non Functional Requirement adaption for the solution.
• To contribute towards white/technical papers and knowledge base.

Program Involvement

This role spans two key programs:

• Workday Integration Program – approx. 50% bandwidth.
• Compliance Programs:
  • E-invoicing for France, Middle East, and UAE.
  • ISO2022 regulation – standardisation of addresses for International SWIFT payments.

Technical Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with AWS and AWS services.
• Understanding of SAP, Oracle, and other enterprise applications.
• Proven track record in integration programs involving Workday, middleware stacks, and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience integrating with platforms such as Kyriba and Pagero.
